Make instant as well as future room bookings, invite your contacts to meetings and get a complete overview of available meeting spaces.
Set your meetings up for success by choosing the right type of room for the occasion! Meetio mobile app allows you to filter rooms, in order to find the most suitable, available room for your meeting.
Is your meeting running longer than expected? When your meeting is about to end, you’ll receive a notification where you can choose to extend the meeting. It is also possible to end the meeting earlier and thereby make the room available to others.
